Refund Policy

We’re sorry to see you are not satisfied! Of course, you are always welcome back if you choose to do so in the future. These terms were updated last on June 14, 2024.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR SOLUTION:
Due to the nature of our services, any dilemma that has already been solved by our team is NOT eligible for a refund of any kind. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we may approve a one-time revision to your dilemma as a courtesy. This is a case-by-case basis and depends on the facts surrounding the case.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR SOLUTION:
We will approve a full refund to account credit for a solution at a later time. The solution may not have already been started on our side in order to be eligible for this refund option.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.  If you cancel the Services before the end of your current paid-up month, your account will remain open until the end of the then-current billing cycle, after which the cancellation will take effect and you will not be charged for the next month or be able to access your account.
