How Dilemmas Work

Preperation

The first step is to prepare your dilemma. Each of our dilemmas are a single issue with your space. This could be from what color to paint your accent wall, to how to incorporate color into the space. Some things to consider here are the following:

  • Ensure you take a full and complete picture of your space.
  • Be sure to be as descriptive as you can on what your challenge is.
  • Share some insight on colors, patterns, textures you dont and do like
  • Be sure to share any other important information that is necessary,

Dilemma Submittal

Once you have your images and design dilemma written out, head over to "Getting Started" button to your left and submit your dilemma to our team. Please be sure to follow these tips when submitting your dilemma:

  • Ensure your space is well-lit
  • Be sure to submit only 1 dilemma per order to prevent risk of your solution being delayed by our team.

Your Solution

After you submit your dilemma, our team will get your request in a queue based on when we receive your request. It's important to know that our team does not process orders on weekends. If you submit your order past noon on Friday, you will not receive a solution until Tuesday.

  • Typical orders take 48 business hours to process.
  • You can submit a rush order which will submit your order within 24 hours (minus weekends).

Implementation
